Using the Soul Coaching® Collage process, we'll move through gentle reflection together, then anchor your intentions in a collage that becomes your compass for the months ahead.

Fall 2026 Circles
Intuition (September 27th - in-person): Learn about how intuition is something we all possess and how you can exercise and use it.
Rest as an Act of Rebellion (October 29th - in-person): Do you have a moment to just sit and be? Sometimes it feels unsafe to slow down - here we take the time to rest in a supportive environment. This event will have a yoga nidra session.
Mini Manifesting (November 19th - in-person): Try out a manifestation circle. Each woman brings something small they want to bring into their life, and as a group we support each woman by assisting with that manifestation.
Love (December 28th - online): Join the first AtJoy online circle! Here we will discuss love through the lens of tarot cards.
Each event runs from 7:00 PM –8:30 PM on the date listed. Held in a private home sanctuary - an intimate, soul-centred space in NW Calgary. The address is shared after registration. Please note: we share our home with a friendly cat, so plan accordingly if you have allergies or sensitivities. Space is limited to 5 people per in-person event.
The cost to join each AtJoy Women’s Circle is $20 or $75 if you wish to join all the Fall 2026 Circles (this covers a small payment processing fee). If you ever need a refund, we're happy to help; just know the processing fee itself isn't something we're able to return, as that's charged by our payment provider.
Each Circle has elements of meditation, sharing thoughts, a talk about the subject, a small ceremony and, of course, tea.

Are you ready to learn more about YOU? Soul Coaching is a guided inward journey – that reminds you of the sacred space within yourself and assists in aligning your inner and outer worlds. This type of coaching aims to clear away inner mental, emotional and physical debris so that you can see and feel your own inner wisdom. You are truly sacred, and your soul knows this.
Ever feel like life's noise is drowning out your own inner voice? This month-long practice is designed to help you clear that noise, one week at a time. The program moves through four weeks, each tied to an element and a part of you: Air (mind), Water (emotion), Fire (spirit), Earth (body). Each day includes a daily email with a range of exercises, from super simple to something that stretches the inner you. Nothing complicated, just small, steady steps.
The idea is this: we're not separate from nature. The elements outside us mirror something inside us. When we clear the clutter in one, we clear it in the other. And when that clutter lifts, it's easier to hear what your soul's been trying to tell you all along.
At the end of the 28 days, we take time to go on a vision quest, now that the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical clutter is cleared away. It could be an hour or two, and that's when the intense listening begins. Signs and symbols show up to guide you, offering clarity on what's coming next in your life.
