Reiki for me is about creating a calm, grounded space where you can truly exhale. My approach blends compassion, intuition, and the subtle flow of Reiki energy to help release stress, restore balance, and reconnect you to your own inner steadiness. Each session is more than just lying down and receiving energy—it’s an opportunity to pause and reset. Clients often describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more centred afterward. Whether you’re carrying everyday stress, navigating change, or simply wanting to nurture yourself, Reiki offers a gentle yet powerful way to realign. Because I value practicality as much as spirituality, I keep my sessions down-to-earth and accessible. There’s no pressure, no performance—just a safe, supportive environment where your body and spirit can do the work they naturally know how to do. What to Expect in an In-Person Reiki Session Welcome & Intention – We begin with a short chat to set your focus for the session. Get Comfortable – You’ll lie down fully clothed on a massage table with a blanket if desired. Relaxing Atmosphere – Soft music and a calm setting help your body and mind unwind. Reiki Energy Flow – Using gentle touch or hands just above the body, Reiki energy moves throughout to support balance, release, and renewal. Personal Experience – You may feel warmth, tingling, or simply deep relaxation. Closing Reflection – We finish with a brief check-in so you leave feeling centred, refreshed, and grounded. Who It’s For Reiki is for anyone needing more calm, balance, or ease. It’s supportive if you’re moving through stress, grief, or change—and just as valuable if you simply want time to recharge. Because it’s gentle and non-invasive, Reiki is accessible to everyone. Many people come for relaxation but leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected to themselves. Before & After Care No preparation is needed, wear comfortable clothing and come as you are. After your session, I encourage you to give yourself a little space to ease back into your day. Drink some water, notice how you’re feeling, and if you can, allow yourself a slower pace for the next little while. The shifts Reiki creates can continue to ripple out in the hours and days afterward, so paying attention to your body and energy can be part of the healing too. ✨ If this feels like what you need, I’d be honoured to hold that space for you.
