Meditation can be utilized in numerous ways, such as self-discovery, understanding our place in the world, and addressing everyday challenges like anxiety and sleep issues.

I can assist beginners in establishing a meditation practice while providing instruction for various meditation modalities, including movement, sound, Bon Tibetan, and breathing meditations, among others. I firmly believe that meditation is a skill that anyone can learn.

$150 for 3, 1 hour sessions
